Volunteer Recruiter Needed at RBMS!

 

RBMS has a position available for an individual interested in assisting the organization with our volunteer program. The Volunteer Recruiter will support RBMS' volunteer program by recruiting and training volunteers. Responsibilities will include recruiting individuals to fit volunteer roles in RBMS; gathering information about each volunteer's skills, availability, and goals; matching volunteers with appropriate opportunities; and scheduling, coordinating, and assigning volunteers to appropriate departments. 

 

Skills required for the position include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
